It's time for Winter Conference! Here's some information on what to look forward to and what to bring.

If you're not going, we'll miss you very much! Please note, we won't be having Gathering, Love In Action tutoring, or Family Groups this weekend. We'll see you Friday next week!

If you are going, read on!

Friday evening, please gather at 645pm SHARP, in the mailroom at J. Walter Wilson (corner of Waterman St. and Brown St. on Brown's campus). Don't wait outside. Wait indoors. It's cold! Please do be on time. We will be in a bus, just like for Fall Conference, and it's imperative we get to the hotel on time. Please, bring your dinner with you for the drive.

We will return Sunday morning to attend Trinity Presbyterian Church service, 1030am, and we will be done by noon on Sunday. Therefore, you will have the whole afternoon free!

In between, what will we do and what should I bring? Our speaker will be Rev. Brian Habig, and he will be speaking on Justification: How Can We Be Right With God? There will be lots of free time and a list of things to do (even in these winter months)! It is Newport after all.

What to bring:
• The balance of your retreat fee, if you still owe some portion.
• Spending cash for Saturday lunch and dinner (approx. $20)
• The hotel has an indoor pool! If you want to swim, best to bring a bathing suit.
• Bibles, notebooks, pens
• Toiletries--The hotel will only provide towels, soap and shampoo.
• Warm clothes, boots, gloves, hat, etc. for the weekend, including play clothes for outdoor winter romping and frolicking!
• Someone wanna bring a football, kickball, or frisbee?!

Finally, please pray for our weekend, that it'd be restful and fruitful for our souls!
